On February 19, 2025, we are pleased and proud to announce that Aigerim Tleshova was accepted as an Honorary Member of the International Association of Economics and Finance (IAEF). The decision was based on the unanimous vote of the International Expert Council and the association’s invitation, which Aigerim Tleshova gladly accepted.
The title of Honorary Member was awarded in recognition of her outstanding achievements in finance and investments. Over the years of her work in various spheres, Aigerim has proven herself a highly qualified specialist capable of analyzing market trends and developing strategies to optimize financial processes and increase investment efficiency.
Throughout her career, which spans over 13 years in the financial sector, she has worked her way up from financial manager to Head of the Investment Department at BI Group LTD/BI Development LLP. In this role, she focused on creating and implementing investment strategies that allowed the company to increase returns while minimizing risks. Aigerim demonstrated exceptional analytical skills in investment project evaluation and monitoring financial portfolios, which became important in ensuring the company’s successful management.
Special attention should be paid to Aigerim’s contribution to the automation of accounting and financial reporting processes, which she carried out as Director of Accounting Methodology and Automation at BI-Holding LLP. The implemented technologies to improve the accuracy and transparency of accounting, compliant with international IFRS standards, significantly improved processes and reduced operational risks.
The International Association of Economics and Finance is proud that Aigerim Tleshova has joined the Organization. Her joining will undoubtedly benefit the Organization and the entire global finance and economics professionals community.
